the hols are ending really fast... i still got some hmwk not completed, especially the damn mrp... this hols are not hols at all, still need to do so many things... at least still got some time to free myself from this kind of madness...

channel u got 绝对 superstar, some of them not bad, some of them i dont think they can make it... while making this article, i am watching the show... tonight's the top 24 female category, most of them quite good, except their costumes... some don't really look like superstars... i wonder what will happen if i participate in teh competition...

this holidays is not very pleasant for me, coz there is a lot of things to cover during the month... tons of holiday homework, ace activities, ep3 (cca if u want to call it like this), and of course some time for myself... in addition, the weather is killing me and i'm dehydrating... not that serious, but i have to drink a lot of water and as a result, my toilet visits have increased and time is wasted like this...

last saturday (4 june) was the balloon hat festival at sentosa, the so-called island resort... when i first got news that i had to go there for cip (community involvement programme), i was very reluctant to go, not because it is going to be tiring, the reason was that i would never ever want to go back to that damned place that they call themselves the tourist attraction of singapore, which makes me very ashamed for i am a singaporean... the previous time i went to sentosa, their attitude towards locals (in this case, it was towards me) sucks and i vowed that i would never want to return to that place where u take a bus to an island...

anyway, the balloon hat festival is an annual event held there to raise funds for some charity organizations... this year was for the tanglin special school, sounds good... but what happened that day was that i cant remember how to make a balloon hat and when it comes to selling the balloons, the tourists there were not really interested in this coz it's pretty strange to wear a damn balloon hat at the beach (the venue was siloso beach)...

another thing that i'm not happy with is that our school was allocated a tent at palawan beach, near the construction site of the new palawan beach LRT station... we had to bear the scorching sun and walk towards siloso beach and carry out our activities there... after that, we had to walk back to the tent and we had lunch consisting three small pieces of bread sponsored by delifrance at 3:10pm!!!!! i was about to tell them that i would rather stay at home and not come for this thing... but no choice, or else i would miss out with the 6 cip hours...

the whole day i was at sentosa, what i did was playing bridge, buying drinks and sweets from the 7-eleven shop at the former palawan beach monorail station, and playing chapteh at the southernmost point of continental asia... if the monorail had not shut down 2 months ago, i would have taken the monorail and go to the food centre there and have a decent lunch... i had a decent dinner after that and only then i was satisfied with myself coz i spent my time playing and eating, not for cip...

recently, i have been seeing this kind of moth/butterfly (cant tell the diff) which is damn big and has brown (or was it black) wings with white stripes, somehow like the one shown here...

seen this thing flying around for a very long time... saw blog entry by terence and made me think about it very hard... i oso did not go for funerals this year, and i was advised not to go... the first time i saw this creature was at bugis where my parents were getting their fortune checked... it was flying in this hdb flat where the first 2 floors are shops and i just happened to see it when i was looking around... i fear butterflies and i fear that it may harm me, so i was looking at it every time until i left the place...

the second time i saw this thing was somewhere near my house... almost the same kind of encounter as the first time... i think i also saw it few times, bt cant really remember much, only can remember these few... if it was a spirit, probably my relatives, coz quite a number of them have already (...), maybe back for a visit... at least it's good that yr relatives come back and visit you in a form of a butterfly-scaring-human experience...
